Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to CineFrame AI and is part of our Terms of Service. It is designed to keep the product compliant, safe, and suitable for payment review.

1. No Sexual Or NSFW Content

Do not use CineFrame AI to create, request, upload, share, sell, or facilitate sexually explicit, pornographic, NSFW, or sexually suggestive content. This includes AI-generated sexual content, erotic roleplay assets, nude or partially nude sexualized imagery, fetish content, and sexualized depictions of real or fictional people.

Content involving or appearing to involve minors in a sexual, exploitative, grooming, or unsafe context is strictly prohibited.

2. No Deepfakes, Face Swaps, Or Likeness Abuse

Do not create or request face-swap, deepfake, non-consensual likeness, impersonation, celebrity imitation, revenge content, or face-manipulation content. You may not upload or reference a person's likeness unless you have the rights and consent needed for your intended use.

3. No Unlicensed IP Or Brand Misuse

Do not upload, request, or generate content that infringes or misuses copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other third-party rights. This includes unlicensed characters, celebrities, logos, brand assets, entertainment franchises, artists' protected work, and copyrighted media.

4. No Harmful, Illegal, Or Deceptive Use

Do not use CineFrame AI for:

• illegal activity, fraud, phishing, scams, malware, credential theft, or evasion
• hate, harassment, threats, intimidation, or targeted abuse
• graphic violence, self-harm encouragement, exploitation, or abuse
• regulated goods or services, including weapons, drugs, gambling, financial schemes, or adult services
• political deception, misleading commercial claims, impersonation, or unauthorized endorsements
• spam, platform abuse, scraping, excessive automation, or attempts to disrupt the service

5. Prompt Moderation

AI image and video prompts are screened before model execution. Prompts may be allowed, flagged, or denied. CineFrame AI blocks denied prompts and, by default, blocks flagged prompts as well. If moderation is unavailable, generation is paused instead of bypassing review.

6. Enforcement

We may block prompts, reject generations, remove outputs, suspend accounts, limit usage, refuse transactions, or report activity when we believe this policy, our Terms, payment partner rules, or applicable law may be violated.
